CTL designs and conducts broad evaluations of educational programs in consultation with facilitating organizations to determine effectiveness and inform future program development. We collect information through observations, surveys, interviews, samples of work products, and other supporting materials and data.
When evaluating the University of Memphis College of Education Teacher Redesign Pre-Service Program, CTL examined a variety or measures including completion of coursework by teacher candidates and retention in teaching positions after internships.
