CTL Fellows

CTL has invited a small number of exemplary educators to serve in adjunct roles: assisting with training, development and facilitation; piloting new data collection processes or other tools; and responding to drafts of guidebooks and other materials. These educators also form a candidate pool for future hiring.

Danny Osborne was a former principal of Virgie Middle School in Pike County, Kentucky, working with CTL on the Striving Readers adolescent literacy project.  He provided strong instructional leadership there and subsequently as principal of Owen County High School.  He now works as an Education Recovery Leader, part of the KDE’s school turnaround effort with District 180.

Jill Griebe was a K-12 literacy coach with Eminence Independent Schools in Kentucky, who worked with CTL as a literacy coach on the Striving Readers adolescent literacy project.  She is currently working with KDE’s District 180 as Education Recovery Specialist.

Angela Cunningham is a Social Studies and AP teacher and Social Studies Department Chair at Bullitt Central High School in Bullitt County, Kentucky, with experience in technology integration, formerly working with CTL as a literacy coach on the Striving Readers adolescent literacy project. 

Danna Green is a science teacher and science department chair at Southern Middle School in Fayette County, Kentucky, formerly working with CTL as a literacy coach on the Striving Readers adolescent literacy project. 

Jennifer White is a secondary English teacher at East Jessamine High School in Jessamine County, Kentucky, formerly working with CTL as a literacy coach on the Striving Readers adolescent literacy project. 

Randi Skaggs is a language arts teacher at Bullitt Lick Middle School in Bullitt County, Kentucky with a strong elementary literacy and arts background, having taught in New York before moving to Kentucky a few years ago.  She also worked with CTL on the Striving Readers adolescent literacy project.
