Formerly with LG&E and KU, LLC, the 3400-employee diversified energy services company that operates in Kentucky, Tennessee and Virginia, Lora Griffin has more than 23 years of experience in customer service and human resources management. As a leader of change with the ability to develop and leverage collaborative relationships, she has expertise in all aspects of human resources including policy development, conflict resolution, diversity and leadership training, recruitment and retention, and performance management, and policy and standards.
Lora’s work has included forging relationships between LG&E and KU with the Universities of Louisville and Kentucky to promote competitive hiring of vital engineers, and strategic planning and advisement regarding a broad range of human resources and management issues. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Newman University in Wichita, Kansas, and a Master’s Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
