Council of Chief State School Officers and IBM
CTL worked with the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) in Washington, D.C. to develop a series of training modules for educators on use of the IBM Change Toolkit web site, part of IBM’s Reinventing Education initiative designed to improve learning by changing the ways in which schools function. The web site is based on the work of Harvard Business School Professor Rosabeth Moss Kanter, and is accessible to educators at no cost.
The training modules help educators connect with the IBM web site, and quickly use the information and tools there to facilitate productive change in their schools and districts. CTL brought to this work extensive experience and in-depth knowledge about designing training, tools and assessments for educators that prompt deep learning and assimilation of new information.
