Bay de Noc Community College
CTL is working with staff at Bay de Noc Community College in Escanaba, Michigan to develop and implement instructional strategies to boost the literacy skills of community college students. This work is modeled after CTL's content literacy work with the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS).
