Evaluation of the Kentucky Peer Advisors Network
In 2006, CTL conducted an eight-month evaluation of the Kentucky Peer Advisors Network (KPAN) for Arts Kentucky to gather input from network consultants and client organizations about possible program improvements, and to establish a system for ongoing continuous evaluation. The evaluation project, funded by the National Endowment for the Arts, concluded with CTL's recommendations for improvements.
The KPAN program provides professional consultation to arts, education and other organizations to address targeted areas of need. At the time of CTL's evaluation, the KPAN program was administered by Arts Kentucky with funding from the Kentucky Arts Council. It is now under the auspices of the Kentucky Arts Council.
